Position Overview:

LeaderStat is seeking a dynamic and visionary leader for a(n) Registered Nurse - Emergency Room RN in Salem, VA. This leader is responsible for guiding the hospital’s strategic direction, ensuring high-quality patient care, optimizing operational efficiency, and fostering a positive organizational culture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management, leadership, and a commitment to improving patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Associates Degree from a professional nursing program (required) BSN or current enrollment in a BSN program at an accredited school of Nursing (preferred)
• Current licensure as an RN in the state of Virginia or current multi-state compact RN license with eligibility to practice in VA is required.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider (required)
• Will consider 1 yr of RN ER in an acute care setting
• Will consider a med Surg candidates to cross train ONLY FOR NIGHTS SHIFT

Salary Range: Salary range from $32.33 (0-9yrs)- $40.41 (10- 19 yrs)- $48.50 (20+ yrs) based on years of exp
