Registered Nurse - Juvenile Detention Center New

Insight Global is seeking a highly qualified Registered Nurse. This candidate will be responsible for delivering a broad range of services, screening, assessments, delivery, treatment plans, and patient education

• Completing medical screenings records on residents
• Assisting physicians with examinations
• Scheduling appointments
• Administering medications and accurate documents on Medical Administration Record
• Ordering medicine/supplies as needed
• Accurately charting, documenting, and maintaining records
• Conducting monthly AED and First Aid kit checks
• Perform TB risk assessments and administration of PPD
• Assist with invoice billing regarding residents
• Accept deliveries from pharmacies, parents, or legal guardians
• Supervising part-time and contracted LPNs or medical aides

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Graduation from a state-approved accredited professional nursing program
• 1+ years of experience as a nurse (must be recent experience)
• VA RN License

Salary Range: $59,000-89,000 (flexible based on experience)

Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-4:30pm

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
